Available as part of your goal-setting process, our body composition analysis technology gives us a detailed understanding of your overall health. A Body Composition Analyzer is what we call the Intelligent Body Scanner, is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements.
The analyser determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral — a measurement far beyond the one-size-fits-all generic BMI reading many trainers use to get baseline measurements. We use the body scan to make sure your program starts well and keeps moving in the right direction. For example, while you might not see the scales move, your bioscan may show an increase in muscle mass and a decrease in fat mass, which is an excellent result! Body scans also help us keep an eye on the markers of ageing, such as decreasing muscle mass and increasing body fat and visceral fat stores, which we can help counteract to give you a better quality of life.
